Bayou Box FAQ

When will I be billed?

You will be billed $59.95 + tax when your subscription is established.

Subsequent billing dates are as follows.

 

Billing dates are:

Spring Box: February 15

Summer Box: May 15

Fall Box: August 15

Winter Box: November 15

 

You will continue to be billed four times per year, unless you cancel your membership. If you do want to cancel, please make sure to do so before your next billing date.

 

Will my subscription membership auto-renew?

Yes! All subscriptions auto-renew unless noted for cancellation. If you would like to cancel, please review our cancellation policy or email us at talktous@???????

 

When does my Bayou Box ship?

 Spring Boxes begin shipping mid-March.

Summer Boxes begin shipping mid-June.

Fall Boxes begin shipping mid-September.

Winter Boxes begin shipping mid-December.

 

Return Policy

All Bayou Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Any boxes returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. If your Bayou Box does not arrive, or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Bayou Classic.

 If you have an issue with the products in your box for any reason, please contact us.

 

 An item in my Bayou Box arrived damaged. What do I do?

Bayou Classic works hard to ensure the highest quality products are in every single box. If you receive a product in your box that is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment at talktous@thebayou.com.

 

Can I exchange items in my Bayou Box?

 Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange items.

 

 

Can I gift a Bayou Box?

We currently offer Gift Box purchases for active members only. If you have a Bayou Box subscription, you can purchase a one-time gift box that will be sent the same season as its purchased. Your card will only be charged at the time of purchase and will not renew the following season. To make a Gift Box purchase, please contact us at talktous@thebayou.com

 

What’s included with my membership?

All members will receive four Bayou Boxes each year. One box for each season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. All Bayou Box Members will also receive exclusive promotions at shopthebayou.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

 All Bayou Box subscriptions renew automatically. If you would like to cancel your subscription, make sure to do so 2 days before the re-bill, no later than the 13th of the first month of the season; otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box. There are no cancellation fees.

What is included in my Bayou Box?
